Hello,
Starting December 28, 2016 at 9PM EST, your services will be upgraded to a new server. This upgrade includes updates to backend services and new hardware resulting in improved stability, redundancy, and speed for your websites and email.
We expect this maintenance to be completed within 24 hours but this window may be extended as necessary. During the upgrade, it is likely that services will be unavailable for short periods.
You will not have to make any changes to your websites yourself as we will take care of everything for you and assigned IP addresses and server names will not change. Please check your sites after the maintenance window concludes to make sure that they work as expected and contact us immediately if you notice any issues.
We are in progress of upgrading many of our web, mail, and database servers, and you should also expect to see future notifications for upgrades to those services.
We've got our best team overseeing this move, and it is one we have experience with, so we expect everything will go smoothly. As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at any time
