Birthday Greetings

Everyone who enters their birthdate in the "birthday field" in your profile, will get a birthday greeting from this forum.
Also, the program places a banner at the bottom of the forum telling you "happy birthday" and lets everyone know it's your birthday.
I forgot about this feature until Yesterday (2-21) when I was reminded.
No one noticed the banner, so I will attempt to place it at the "top" of the forum instead of at the bottom. I also need to change the greeting that pops up telling you "Happy Birthday".
If you wish to express your own Birthday greeting to someone, Please use the General forum.
