This movie stars James Gandolfini and is supposed to be funny but while there are any number of funny scenes and situations the overall tone of the story is a little to 'dry' for my tastes. I believe it was a British production. The basic plot line has both the British Prime Minister and American President thinking it would be great to start a war. No one ever really says "yes" or "no" but just talk around the topic so as to not be held personally responsible for any decision one way or the other.
Maybe the story is too recent in the real world for me to find it as funny as somebody thought it was.
