The Show Place

It has come to my attention that some are having a problem with changing their profile.
So, here is a step by step on what does what.

1. Click on the profile link at the top of the forum.
You are looking at the profile home. This part is pretty much self explanitory.

2. public
This shows you all your public information.

3.Regestering

This shows you your username, email addy, and is where you can change your password.

4.Profile

This shows you your board setup information.
[in the subbox on the left]

privacy...These are your privacy settings. (show me online, show sig, etc....)
Notification...is email and pm settings
posting...show sig, allow html/bbcode etc...
reading...avatar settings.

public information....There are 3 side links here.
web information....website addy
messengers....icq, msn, etc settings
personal information...real name, gender, birthday, etc....

Now, back to the top, next to "your profile" are several links.

Preferences...set your buddy list, pm, watched topics

Signature...Is just what it says. It is text that you can place here and whenever you make a post, it automatically adds this to the end of your post.

avatar....choose your av.

Back to the very top....
next to "profile" is buddy list...this is where you can add "buddys" (I don't use this. Don't even know what it is for,actually)

Private messenging...This is just a link to your private messenger.

Click on Public Information
Click on Personal Information

Well I finally got there but I'm afraid I may have mixed up my sex with my avatar. :tantrum:

Umm, signature?? That is just text you put that shows automatically at the bottom of each post.
Like mine, says Forum Host.

I know this is kinda hard to understand. I'm still figuring it out.

Click profile above,
then in the tabs, click profile
on the left side, click public information
Then click personal information.
Then just under the name slot is the gender. Your choices are:
unknown, male, female. Just click the box for the one you want.
And no. I don't condone sex changes. Sorry, couldn't resist.

Ah.....Ilana, I see you figured it out. Wasn't easy was it? Took me awhile, that for sure!

If you can find a pic of him, and resize it to 75X75 then yes.
If you don't have a program to size it, just email it to me and I will size it and put it up for ya.
