The Show Place

Hotel Babylon is a BBC production and while I do not have BBC on cable I did manage to acquire the first two seasons on DVD.

It reminds me a little of the James Caan show LAS VEGAS because it mostly takes place in a hotel. But not a gambling hotel. Gina Bellman- Sophie Devereaux of Leverage has appeard in an episode or two.

In any case I find this show addictive. It's impossible for me to watch just one ep. I'm usually good for 3 of the 1 hour eps in a sitting.

Both funny and intense and worth a shot if you can find it. IMNSHO

Not much interest in last night's TV lineup so went back to Hotel Babylon. Unlike the entire previous season one of the eps we watched from season 2 had a shoot-out in it.
Another both dramatic and funny episode which featured Joan Collins. As you all probably remember Captain Kirk's honey from that very famous favorite episode about The Great Depression and the rise of Fascism in Europe/Germany.
