It's an MP 3 with no video. Does that help or should look for it again?

It's just text, the name of the file. No URL or path along with it.

How can I xfer and MP 3 file from my HD to here?

when posting a note or reply, scroll down to the section titled "Upload attachment". Click the "Browse" button and select the file on your computer. Then click the "Add the file" button.
I just added an image that way.
Once it uploads, there will be an "Attachments" section just below the text editor. You can then click the "Place inline" button in that section to put a link to the file in the body of your message.
Now I'm placing the image file inline...
