Cambodia's Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Women's Affairs in Phnom Penh is: Arun San
San, formerly Sandy Arun-Blankenship, lived in Long Beach (Cal) for five years before going back to Cambodia in 1997. In Long Beach she served on the boards of more than a dozen organizations and as CEO and president of the Cambodian Business Association. As undersecretary of Women's Affairs she helps educate Cambodian women against falling into the hands of the sex trade and works to stop the trafficking of children. She has dual citizenship.
