Close enough, lol. Actually it appears six times in the original trilogy alone. I'm still looking for the particulars for the prequels, but here's where you can find it in the OT:

Episode IV: A New Hope, by Luke, when the Millenium Falcon is approaching the Death Star for the first time.

Episode IV: A New Hope, by Han, when the trash compactor is about to start up.

Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, by Leia, walking around in the belly of the asteroid creature.

Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, by C-3PO, walking into Jabba's palace.

Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, by Han, when the Ewoks are about to serve him up on a spit.

Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, by Lando, after hearing the Imperial Fleet was being deployed.

Here are the prequel trilogy appearances:

Episode I: The Phantom Menace, by Obi-Wan, his first line at the beginning of the film.

Episode II: Attack of the Clones, by Anakin, in the arena at Geonosis.

Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, by Obi-Wan, talking to Anakin as their starfighters approach a large, closing blast door on Grievous' ship.
