Nah! Nice try though.

The key is the dancing mouse which is a cartoon figure who was dancing with a very live, flesh and blood human being well known for both his dancing skill and athletic abilities.

I'm sorry. I never saw that post. It must have shown up when I was responding. Sorry. :(

Yes! That was Jerry Mulligan's (Gene Kelly) comment to Milo Roberts (Nina Foch).

Let's go comedy:

"Clear? Huh! Why, a four-year-old child could understand this report. Run out and find me a four-year-old child. I can't make head or tail out of it."

:clap: :biggthumbup: The president of Freedonia (Groucho Marx), in DUCK SOUP (1933). A very silly movie but lots of fun. But good call on Groucho.

Do we try for:

Excellent!! :clap: :biggthumbup:

Accountant Itzhak Stern (Ben Kingsley, Sir) explaining to factory owner Oskar Schindler (Liam Neeson) that his employee roster offers protection to Jewish workers, in "Schindler's List" (1993).

Let's go for a chippy shot (easy);

No, before Elvis was Elvis but not before he was born. It's a movie that had a number of directors, numerous writers and Ronald Reagan backed out of the lead role.
