Still on the blonde comment. The clock is ticking on the clue that the character is on a currently airing TV series. It won't be true tomorrow. ;)

The only show I regularly watch on Friday nights is NUMB3RS and nothing on Saturdays so I'm at a loss. :scratchhead:

Strangely, "dumb" and "Colonel" in the same sentence brings "Klink" to mind, but he's not blonde. :lol:

lswot got it! It was Rodney McKay, speaking to (and about) Samantha Carter.

But it was on an episode of SG-1, not Atlantis, that's why my clue was worded with legalese, i.e., "the character who spoke it is on a currently airing show", not "the show it is from is currently airing."
