To add some detail to "Did you miss me? [glug glug] I guess not!",

Just before the line, bad guys with submachine guns were shooting at the lead character, who dove behind a counter, then climbed back over it, said "Did you miss me?", drank a glass of something (which promptly poured out through several holes), then said "I guess not!" (i.e., they didn't miss).

(Is that sentence long enough, or should I add more clauses? :) )
