Aantares BB

Anybody here familiar with the Aantares BB , that took over a lot of the activity from Prodigy way back when?

Last few days all I get from it is error message saying it was suspended for lack of resources or something.

Oh, and one of the error messages say I should contact CJ at CJ@aantares.com - an address that's on the suspended domain.

A "who is" lookup shows that the domain name is registered until 8-2024 and they are hosted on godaddy.com. I can't check to see if they are in good standing there. They may have forgotten to pay their hosting fees, or there could be a problem with their website itself.
It's not much information, but it's what I could find out for you.

Edit to add:

This account has been suspended.
Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources.

What this means is what I suspected above. It's a generic message that says they didn't pay their bill.

I vaguely remember some attempts at following through post Prodigy but I didn't think they lasted.

Besides the one we're on now?

Two or three others lasted until a 2 or 3 years ago.

My only surprise is that those that used the other BBs didn't migrate over here when the others failed.
This one has lasted becouse of you folks.
