Was able to walk by Monday while they were filming interior scenes but no cars were allowed on the street. Tuesday, while filming outside no pedestrians were allowed but cars were. Go figure.

Really. I guess when filming inside a building, vehicles going by might distract the audience or something.

For outside, cars would be expected on most streets, but pedestrians might stop and gawk or something.

But I'm just guessing. Or something.
