Armin Shimerman played Principal Snyder, and also Ferengi bartender Quark.
Ah - I see a note on 10-05 on the Boston Legal thread that says he played a judge in an episode of that.

Only 3 or 4 inches? We had 7 or 8 inches before it quit on Wednesday.
And the "high" yesterday was barely above freezing/melting.
