Saturday: snow, and well below freezing all day.
Sunday: well below freezing all day; I cancelled my usual walk at lunchtime.
Monday: earlier forecasts showed it below freezing all day; latest ones show it getting a little bit above it. Ergo, we're melting! We're melting! (But not very fast.)
Oh, and for this morning's commute the weather channel said it was below zero.

And that's South Carolina? I used to live in that state (near the Ga. border).
Colorado has repute of getting that cold in winter, but SC doing it? OOF.

It's worse now, down to 14 but the wind has died down some, only 14mph. Windchill is 5 for now. We have the water running in one sink and the cabinet doors open under the sink.

And probably regret not buying that space heater when it was on sale last spring.

I don't need a space heater, JT, we have central heat. I'm a city girl.

The temp that next morning on our sensor was 4.5, official temp at the downtown airport was 10.

I'm a city boy and I've almost always had space heaters.
