which would make 'it' not 'temporal' any more

Some ballots? Isn't that something that would have to be decided nationally? If it was decided locally, what would the boundaries between time zones look like?

If it were to go away, which setting would we be left with?

well.....it has to go to the state legislators …..they have to vote...get signatures, I guess....then eventually get it on the ballot.....blah, blah....etc I don't know how Arizona or Hawaii did it.....I think getting it on my ballot is the first step,,,but don't quote me.

We're alternating. 50 deg today with rain then below 30 deg with snow for the weekend. Been doing that for several weeks now.
